Mother’s Day

In recent times, mother’s have been asked to juggle their full time jobs, home schooling, household upkeep and remote relationships, if not from others, then from themselves. The resulting frustration and exhaustion, also known as parental burnout, is physically and emotionally taxing.

As a mother of two rambunctious boys, creating virtual training content and delivering it from the home office, while jugging everything else has been a real test of my creativity, organisation skills, agility and flexibility. It has also broadened my appreciation for my own mother and the many inspiring women in our lives, doing their very best.

This mother’s day, I want to take this opportunity to thank you all and remind you that you cannot pour from an empty cup. Wishing you all a relaxing mother’s day!
